I am so overly pleased with the job their guys did! They are very professional and went above and beyond to clean our dryer vent and repair some damaged venting. They even left my laundry room cleaner than when they started.
I no longer have a fire hazard of collected dryer lint sitting in my home and, a HUGE bonus, my dry time is cut in half! It used to take 80+ minutes to dry my large loads. Now it only takes 40 minutes or less! I'm loving getting my laundry done faster and not having to wait so long for my dryer. Overall, fantastic service and a great price. This is THE best vent cleaning we have ever had! The service was A+ and the cleaning was A+! We didn’t know our dryer vent was plugged until we had a new dryer installed. The guys installing the dryer said they wouldn’t even recommend running the new dryer (in fear of damaging the new one) until we cleaned out the dryer vent. We needed someone to clean it ASAP because we were leaving town the following day and had a backlog of laundry. I called Omaha Dryer Vent Pros (late afternoon on a Saturday!) and spoke with Mark. He said he could be here in 20 minutes! Mark showed up 20 minutes later, just as he promised and was extremely professional and polite. He took pictures of the loads of lint he cleaned out and he reassembled our dryer so it was ready for business. The price was excellent for the service we got! Not many places handle their business like this these days! Exceptional! Highly, highly recommend.
